The general test that tests the surface / floor against slipping. You will receive Real time feedback on results and risk classifications, verbal comment on possible remedial actions (if necessary) and a formal copy of all results recorded before we leave site.
what is Product Slip Testing
In house slip testing is used regularly by our clients to certify new products, determine suitability for a given environment or compare properties of potential flooring choices. The test is performed in three directions, in dry and water wet conditions, using slider. slip risk classification according to HSE guidelines and UKAS calibration certificates for all test equipment. Where possible samples should be of 300x300mm to allow directional tests to be completed on adjacent areas. This is in line with UKSRG recommendations
