Grip Potential carry out independent pendulum slip testing and risk assessment in the the East Midlands area. We employ a variety of methods, including BS 7976 "The Pendulum Method", surface roughness (Rz) measurement and risk assessment in line with the HSE's "Slips Potential Model". We are a unique, specialised, independent company delivering the singular service of slip risk assessment in the East Midlands. Whether its a 63 acre site, single room, or sample tile, we can offer a definitive slip risk promptly and at a competitive price. All of our test equipment is externally calibrated to UKAS standards with certificates available on request. Our reports are always issued within 1 to 5 working days of the site assessment.

Our Aims
A slip test report from Grip Potential provides all the information you need to ensure your floors provide safe levels of grip, reducing accidents and associated costs. The pendulum method (BS 7976) is the only slip test method endorsed by the HSE, conducted independently by experts the test provides a strong defense against litigation.
